Dementia Advocate - Flintshire/Wrexham Jobs
Community Catalysts CIC is a busy, buzzy social enterprise that tries hard to live up to its name. We’re working in partnership with Wrexham Council and need an energetic, and imaginative person to coordinate things for us.
You will lead the Wrexham Community Micro-enterprise Project which will support local entrepreneurial people and community organisations to offer new and creative care and support options for people who need help at home. In this way we will help people to get the support they need to live the life they want.
To do this job you must:
- Understand the world of care - but maybe feel it could do with a bit of a shake up!
- Be a real people person - able to work well with all sorts of folks with confidence.
- Instinctively make connections - and join up dots that are sometimes less than obvious.
- Be able to spot what people are good at and nurture it.
